Barcelona Night Club, Ft Worth Tx.

Huge thanks for Barcelona Night Club for having myself, Josh Bliss (Las Vegas) and Artie The 1 Man Party out on July 21st in Ft Worth Tx!! Of course, main thanks goes to Dj Danny West and Luis “Like Dis” Mendoza for the arrangements and for bringing us out.

Kinda hard to explain to people from LA and even Las Vegas why I’m such a HUGE fan of playing in Ft Worth. Everyone seems to think that people are either line dancing or wearing cowboy hats in the club. Nothing could be further from the truth ya’ll!!

The DFW scene is no BS. In other words, people heading out to the club want to actually dance and party rather than sit in VIP and drink a bottle of Vodka marked up 800%. Everyone is stress free and the attitude that you’d run into within LA or Vegas doesn’t really exist from what I’ve witnessed in DFW.

Personally… I love playing there more than LA or any other city I’ve been to because the music I can drop is strictly party anthems from all years. Sure, you’re gonna have to sprinkle in some trap and cumbias into what you play (I mean come on..this IS the South) but I love the energy you get back from the crowd. At the end of the night, you’ll feel like you just played the best set of your life and that’s because the crowd came for the music and not that fake ass “VIP” experience.
